Co-Founder, Director of Clinical Services
Rebecca started working in the field of Developmental Disabilities as a Clinical Psychology student-intern at a residential school for individuals with Autism. After graduating with an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Saint Anselm College, she joined the school full-time as the Assistant Clinician and was an active member of the Research and Clinical Teams. She earned a Master of Arts degree in Applied Developmental and Educational Psychology from Boston College in 2016 and held a role as a Clinical Psychology Fellow in the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) program at Boston Children's Hospital. She then worked as a Clinical Research Assistant in the Laboratories of Cognitive Neuroscience within the hospital and conducted hundreds of behavioral assessments.
Rebecca’s journey as a Clinician lead her into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2018 she earned a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis and worked at a pediatric outpatient clinic as a Registered Behavior Technician while accruing practicum hours. In February 2020, she passed the competency exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. As a BCBA, she trained over 200 Registered Behavior Technicians and held a full caseload of over 25 clients. Rebecca began working within a public school in October of 2021, where she has been enjoying life as a BCBA in the preschool and elementary settings.
Rebecca is an affiliate member of professional organizations including Applied Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), Association for Professional Behavioral Analysts (APBA), and MassABA.
Rebecca is proud to work as the Founder and Director of Clinical Services at Connections ABA of Massachusetts, where she can apply her well-established knowledge in the field and support families of children with Autism.
Co-Founder, Director of Operations
Michael has a strong history in leadership and management. Michael received is Bachelor of Science Degree from the prestigious Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 2014. During his time at MMA, Michael held rank and was responsible for supervising other cadets, including during an international voyage throughout the world. From 2014-2015, Michael was stationed in the Gulf of Mexico on a vessel where he was tasked with overseeing the implementation of safety protocols and engine operations on the Ship.
In 2015, Michael began working at Cummins, Inc. as a Project Manager coordinating the installation of emergency power equipment for hospitals, schools, and other large-capacity facilities. He has since been promoted to the position of Outside Sales Engineer, a role in which he works with other interdisciplinary professionals to select and supervise all procedures within the purchasing process.
Michael's skills generalize to Connections ABA of Massachusetts, as he serves as the Director of Operations. He is primarily responsible for managing billing, insurance claims, legal correspondence, and enrollment.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Danielle received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree with a focus in Behavioral Neuroscience from Quinnipiac University in 2015. She then went on and received her Master of Science in Psychology degree with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in 2021. Danielle is now pursuing her Doctorate degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Rhode Island.
Before becoming a BCBA, Danielle has worked as a Behavior Therapist in home and school settings. She enjoys working with toddlers and young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to help them increase their communication skills, social skills, and functional life skills. Her professional interests include treating problem behaviors and assisting families with promoting positive changes and progression in their child’s development.
Activity Leader, Behavior Technician
Jasmine started working with children as a volunteer with disadvantaged youth while she completed her undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University in 2016, where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Education. During her summers back in Massachusetts she worked as a paraprofessional for Braintree Public Schools for their Extended School Year (ESY) program for multiple summers. Following graduation, Jasmine started her ABA journey providing in-home services to children throughout the south shore as well as in Boston. After leaving in-home services she worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at a pediatric outpatient clinic where she was able to truly expand her skills and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis. She has since gone on to work as an ABA Specialist for Boston Public Schools for the past four school years with caseloads of up to 15 students. She has also been a Lead Teacher for their ESY program this past summer. Soon, Jasmine will be transitioning to a new role as an Inclusion Strand Specialist where she will facilitate and coordinate more opportunities for inclusive environments for all learners throughout their school day where possible.
Jasmine also spends her time outside of work completing her graduate degree from Bridgewater State University with a Master’s of Science in Adapted Physical Education with plans of completion in December 2023. She also has been a basketball coach in Abington (2016-2020) and West Bridgewater (2020-present) and also a Special Olympics coach for multiple seasons.
Jasmine intended to bring her wide variety of skills to Connections ABA of Massachusetts not only as an in-home service provider but also as the Activity Leader to help keep clients active, happy and healthy in their treatments.
Behavior Technician
Allison earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State University in 2010. While working towards her degree, Allison worked for Brockton Public Schools in their afterschool program and during the summer their extended school year program as a teachers assistant. She continued her work with Brockton public schools after graduation as a substitute teacher.
In 2012, Allison started her journey in ABA with Beacon ABA Services. Training with Beacon consisted of two weeks of full time training, as well as shadowing seasoned staff. After working two years of home services, Allison began providing ABA services in the preschool program for Brockton Public Schools. In 2015, she moved on to become an ABA tutor for Canton Public Schools.
Behavior Technician
Stephanie went to Whitman Hanson Regional High School and graduated in 2017. She then went to Massasoit for an Associates Degree in Social Science. She spent many years working at Busy Bee day care center and became the Lead Teacher in the toddler room. Stephanie then went on to be a Certified Nursing Assistant in many settings such as hospitals, dementia care facilities, and in home care. During this time she got a job at a public school as an Assistant Nurse/ Paraprofessional. She then found her passion for working with kids on the Spectrum. Stephanie transitioned to working at Bierman Autism Centers. She is still continuing her education and plans to be a future BCBA.
Behavior Technician
Meet one of our behavioral technicians, Carolyn Peyton. Carolyn attended Bridgewater State University for Psychology. Carolyn has over 12 years of experience working with children of all different ages. She discovered her passion for children by becoming a private pre-kindergarten teacher, which she pursued for 8 years. Carolyn decided to switch to the public school setting, where she discovered her love for ABA. She is currently working as an ABA tutor in the Canton Public School system, as well as providing home services through Connections.
Behavior Technician
Iindia grew up in the South Shore of Massachusetts. She graduated from Carver Middle High School in 2015, then pursued her passion of playing basketball and athletic training at Dean College. Iindia then transferred to Florida International University in Miami where she received a degree in Psychology and Exercise Science. Shortly after graduating in 2019, Iindia received her personal training certificate. Her passion in behavioral therapy has always been with her because her little brother is on the autism spectrum. So, she took a course of change and wanted to do more behavioral therapy to learn more about this field of work to help others and best understand her brother. In her free time she enjoys working out, playing basketball and spending days off with her handsome 2 year old son.
Behavior Technician
Sarah graduated from UMass Amherst in 2011 with a degree in Environmental Science. She began her education career working as an Educator at the New England Aquarium. In 2015, she moved to Connecticut to serve a year with AmeriCorps as an educator with New England Science and Sailing. When her year was over she transitioned to Special Education, beginning as a Paraprofessional at the Lighthouse Voc-Ed Center. She then spent several years in the Norwich Public Schools system, working first as a Paraprofessional and then as a Registered Behavior Technician. In 2023 she continued her RBT work at the Ocean Avenue LEARNing Academy, before moving back to Boston in early 2024.

All services are rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, delivered by Registered Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and are guided by the most-up-to-date ethical practices.
Years of experience in the field have taught us the importance of interdisciplinary, collaborative approaches to service. Coordination of care across service providers (e.g., Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapies) and families is paramount.
Our clients are our priority. We utilize interventions focused on improving children's skills, and subsequently their self-esteem. Our team prioritizes empathy, communication, and support.
